Dry red wine with an intense red color with purple edges when young, it becomes a lively ruby with shades tending to garnet, after a correct refinement (3-4 years), if more refined it takes on a pale ruby color with an orange rim (6-8 years ). Vinous and fragrant when young, it becomes broad, persistent with hints of small forest fruits and resins. The flavor is dry, warm, soft and velvety, with extraordinary balance and personality when it is at its peak.
Serve it and keep it
