By selecting the best mussels and looking for those simple and inimitable flavors, typical of the small seaside towns of the Mediterranean, we have created this sauce, to bring the flavor of the sun and the sea to your tables all year round.
The mussel sauce is already perfect on its own, but to satisfy the sight, as well as the sense of smell and the palate, we recommend a sprinkling of chopped parsley directly on the pasta, so that the colors of the mussels, pasta and tomato find the elegant note of freshness provided by parsley.
