In the heart of Aurigo, a small village in the Ligurian hinterland, the activity of Simone Bergonzo was born, a bakery rich in tradition and innovation.
Since 1948, following a long leavening process and using natural yeasts, traditional biscuits have been created according to a process that provides for a leavening of more than 24 hours and subsequent steps that take up to two days of process.
Ingredients
Flour wheat, natural yeast, water, sugar, salted butter, maltbarley,salt.
The factory uses eggs, nuts and sesame.
Preservative free.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from the sun.
