Description
Considered the most delicate in the world and consequently also the most valuable, they are used in many Ligurian dishes based on both meat and fish.
These pitted olives in brine, once rinsed, are suitable for multiple uses ranging from a condiment for pizza or salad or as an excellent flavor enhancer for dishes such as stockfish and the typical Ligurian rabbit.
