Description
The term sciac-trà derives from the Ligurian dialect and means “crushes and pulls” and it is precisely the type of vinification that takes place in this wine, that is to press and draw off immediately before the skins release the color.
FEATURES:
It is a rosé with a cherry pink color, the nose is delicate with hints of currant and a floral note, the palate is dry, fresh and harmonious.
It is the classification of white vinification from black berried grapes, the grapes are pressed and immediately the must is conveyed to the tank where the fermentation takes place, it is refined on the fine lees for about 4 months and in the bottle for 1 month before being placed on the market.
