TASTE medium fruity, round and full. Aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond.
SCENT spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
METHOD cold pressed. As required by the organic regulation, no chemical treatment is used and the fertilizers are only of organic origin, thus avoiding impoverishing the soil and polluting the aquifers. The land is fertilized with organic fertilizers and through the practice of green manuring: burying the field bean grown in the olive grove.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal on both raw and cooked fish but also on legume soups, red meats and all dishes based on raw or cooked vegetables.
