Produced by careful distillation with a bain-marie alembic still, the Pigato grappa is a pride of the Calleri Cellars of Salea d'Albenga (SV).
Cantine Calleri is a small producer of typical DOC wines of the western Ligurian Riviera that since 1968 has been producing unique wines, respecting the taste of true tradition. Quality and courtesy for generations: he works with great passion, putting all his great experience in every production phase of the wine.
It contains sulphites.
